Key Employees

Linda Weston is a founder and co-owner of Linda Weston Personnel, Inc. She brings over 25 years of experience working in and managing staffing agencies. Linda attended McGill University prior to teaching for two years. Linda has had over seven years experience dealing with government and commercial contracts. Her overall expertise has been in recruiting and she has taught her staff well. Linda takes an active roll in managing the firm and overseeing all contracts. She serves as President of the firm.

Fred Weston is a founder and co-owner of Linda Weston Personnel, Inc. His business degree is from Wayne State University and he began his career at Xerox. He is responsible for the firm’s financial well being. He serves as Executive-Vice President and Secretary Treasurer.

Sue Cicerone is LWP’s Controller. She has been with our firm on a full time basis since April 2008. Prior to that, she has been involved with our firm on a part time basis for over five years. She learned her trade at Walsh College. Sue is very involved in our daily accounting and payroll. She is responsible for a payroll covering 30 states. Sue has expertly guided us through a very difficult accounting software upgrade and change.

Tammy Krebs has been in the staffing business for sixteen years. Nine of those years has been in managing and recruiting light industrial workers, until she joined LWP five years ago. Tammy is LWP’s Senior Project Manager. Until recently she has managed  a project as large as 400 contract employees.

Tracy Bourgeois is the Project Administrator of our government accounts. She has been a part of the LWP team for 2 years. Her area of expertise is project coordination and contract management. She recruits all employees for our assignments at government locations and complies to each contract standard of employee background, maintaining files, including task and boss document changes.
